what i could see are only those sandals

the grande dame of british fashion, vivienne westwood has done it again. what? don’t tell me what you can see are those asymmetric punk knits, the lacy toga dresses and caped trench coats… i don’t really admire/appreciate her her idiosyncratic vision. c’mon, all i am talking about are those bandages-wrapping-like strapy sandals.

evolution of fashion, meadham kirchhoff

oh my god, raf simons

raf simons totally understands the jil sander minimalism. it is the perfect execution of fringe and fringe and fringe with a hint of epicene, maybe i just love fringed and slashed details. tailoring was deconstructed with back panels replaced with drapes, slim-fitting short-suits, plunged necklines and all the curtain-like fringed panels. i don’t really remember the colour palette, it’s just because the items are too breath-taking that, i don’t even care what colours they are in. i used to say that raf can only design mens clothings (as i really don’t like the previous jil sander collection). raf completely wins the game this season, he also wins my heart.
this is the dress i love the most...
fringes, fringes, fringes
i want to buy all these.

nerdy and sexy, charles anastase

it’s a love-at-the-first-sight. i can’t explain how much i love this collection, it’s simply nerdy (just look at that glasses) and sexy (that suspender!!!). it may not be my taste, but it definitely is the taste of today. just open your wardrobe, you just have them all, but just that charles puts them together in a way which you haven’t try before yet, kind of a forward thinking though. it seems that you don’t have to buy anything new, just put what you have together and layer them on your body, and then just go. but, please put 1 most important thing on your check-list, is that 60s/70s big plastic spectacles.
“wrong” items-combo, “wrong” proportion, “wrong” colour palette, but oh-so-right taste for nowadays. "there's value in bad taste, too. this is Comme des Garçons bad taste." Rei kawakubo explains about her AW08 comme des garcons collection. i think, charles anastase can just say, “there’s value in bad taste, too. this is charles anatase bad taste.” a true good-looking-bad taste.
it’s such a bloody good example of “so-so designer, good stylist” collection.
charles, i look forward your next wow-me collection.
the round-table patched dress is so cute.

who dares to wear a biker jacket over a such lovely outfit?

the organza skirt can simply go well with any outfits.

i hate but then i love this so-wrong and daring outfit.

well...

this is the onlt new thing that i can see in this collection.

chambray shirt, i am now going to get my dad's for the coming season.

i want to buy this heavy gauge knit cardigan.

It's you again, Alexander Wang

i must say that alexander wang is one of my favourite designers recently. his tough-and-tailored with a vibe of rock and grunge, just hits me with no doubt. This ss09 collection is a mix of 80s power women and retro rock vibe and feminine sporty.

Nothing can be cooler to match a boyfriend style chambray shirt with the second-skin-tight cigarette pants.

i love this outfit so much as a combination of an oversized cotton sweatshirt tunic dress and leather skirt, this silhouette is so bloodily new ... by the way, i love the platform sandal (the metal chain, or, whatever it is, is key)

well, i just want to know if it's jersey...

an over-size sweatshirt with a zipper appliquéd tight tight pant, it’s the outfit i must wear… in winter.

sleeveless blazer has been the IT item since last summer. but wearing it with an athletic edge bra top and THAT pant, is superb.

“There were so many influences - Miami Vice, fetish, athletic and basketball culture - but putting my stamp on it for something more urban, more street,” Wang said. Ok, wang. Whatever you said, but, this was THE fashion moment.
